ABSTRACT
Aim: The main research goal will be to diagnose the risk factors of suicide attempts and their specificity. The author's intention is also to determine the level of risk of suicidal behavior among young people and to show ways to minimize it
Methods: The study used the method of analysis and synthesis of professional literature, the monographic-descriptive method and the analysis of statistical data
Results: Suicide is a process that shapes and matures in a young person, often for many years. It is associated with a series of related thoughts and actions, through which suicide becomes a person's goal. Young people very often believe that they will be able to solve their problems by committing suicide. Emerging thoughts are either quite strongly shaped and grounded or quickly rejected. Some people base their suicidal behavior on the atmosphere at school, which manifests itself in the lack of acceptance by peers (harassment, starking, aggression, etc.).
Coclusion: The conducted considerations can also be used to answer the question about the emotional and psychological experiences of young people related to suicidal thoughts. Suicidal thoughts are a very serious and sensitive topic, yet adolescents with suicidal thoughts experience distress and depression when adolescents experience feelings of sadness, dejection and hopelessness. Adolescents often come to the conclusion alone that they are separated from others, unable to establish social bonds and misunderstood by those around them. Such people are susceptible to suicidal behavior. Similarly, if there is a lack of control and helplessness, adolescents may have suicidal thoughts. Fear and anxiety and experiencing your own emotions can also trigger suicidal thoughts. Adolescents often lose their identity, and therefore lose their sense of who I am and what I want from life, which may lead to suicide attempts.

Cel: Zasadniczym celem badawczym będzie zdiagnozowanie czynników ryzyka prób samobójczych a także ich specyfiki. Zamierzeniem autora będzie również określenie stopnia zagrożenia zachowaniami suicydalnymi u młodzieży oraz ukazanie sposobów minimalizowania ich
Metody: W opracowaniu wykorzystano metodę analizy i syntezy literatury fachowej, metodę monograficzno-opisową oraz analizę danych statystycznych
Wyniki: Samobójstwo to proces, którzy kształtuje i dojrzewa w młodym człowieku często przez wiele lat. Związany on jest z ciągiem powiązanych myśli i czynów, przez które w konsekwencji samobójstwo staje się celem człowieka. Młodzi ludzie bardzo często uważają, że przez samobójstwo będą w stanie rozwiązać swoje problemy. Pojawiające się myśli są albo dość mocno kształtowane i ugruntowane lub też szybko odrzucane. Niektórzy swoje zachowania suicydalne uzależniają od atmosfery w szkole przejawiające się w braku akceptacji przez środowisko rówieśnicze ( nękanie, starking, agresja itp.).
Zakończenie: Z przeprowadzonych rozważań można także próbować odpowiedzieć na pytanie o doświadczenia emocjonalne i psychologiczne młodzieży związane z myślami samobójczymi. Myśli samobójcze to bardzo poważny i delikatny temat, mimo tego młodzież z myślami samobójczymi doświadcza przygnębienia i depresji, kiedy adolescenci doświadczają uczucia smutku, przygnębienia i beznadziei. Adolescenci często w samotności dochodzą do wniosku, że są odseparowani od innych, nie umieją nawiązać więzi społecznych i są niezrozumienia przez otoczenia. Takie osoby są podatne na zachowania suicydalne. Podobnie w przypadku braku kontroli i bezradności, młodzież może mieć myśli samobójcze. Również lęk i niepokój, doświadczanie własnych emocji może wywoływać myśli samobójcze. U adolescentów często występuje zagubienie tożsamości, a zatem określenia, kim jestem, czego chcę od życia co prowadzić może do prób samobójczych.
