SUMMARY:
Aim: The aim of the article is to present educational activities for folk culture carried out through "Pismo Folkowe" in the light of the experiences of its readers and to determine the role that the magazine plays in popularizing knowledge about folklore.
Methods: The material was collected through individual, semi-directed, information-focused interviews conducted with 10 readers of the journal aged 25–50. The analysis of the research material was performed using analytical induction, taking into account the thematic structure of the journal.
Results: The analysis of the respondents' statements indicates that "Pismo Folkowe" has an important educational, informational and documentary function in the field of folk culture. Readers perceive them as an important source of knowledge about traditions, folk music and contemporary phenomena related to folklorism and folk. On the other hand, the permanent sections of the journal allow for the presentation of various aspects of folk culture.
Conclusion: "Folk Magazine" is an important tool for popularizing knowledge about folk culture and a space integrating the communities of researchers, creators and recipients of traditional culture. The journal contributes to documenting the contemporary folk movement and supports the process of reinterpreting cultural heritage in the context of contemporary socio-cultural phenomena.
Originality: The article shows the educational activity of the journal and its importance in popularizing elements of folk culture from the perspective of its readers.

STRESZCZENIE:
Cel: Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie działalności edukacyjnej na rzecz kultury ludowej realizowanej za pośrednictwem „Pisma Folkowego” w świetle doświadczeń jego czytelników oraz określenie roli, jaką pismo odgrywa w popularyzowaniu wiedzy o folklorze.
Metody: Materiał zebrano za pomocą indywidualnych wywiadów częściowo kierowanych, skoncentrowanych na informacji, przeprowadzonych z 10 czytelnikami czasopisma w wieku 25–50 lat. Analiza materiału badawczego została wykonana z zastosowaniem indukcji analitycznej, z uwzględnieniem struktury tematycznej czasopisma.
Wyniki: Analiza wypowiedzi badanych wskazuje, że „Pismo Folkowe” pełni istotną funkcję edukacyjną, informacyjną oraz dokumentacyjną w zakresie kultury ludowej. Czytelnicy postrzegają je jako ważne źródło wiedzy o tradycjach, muzyce ludowej oraz współczesnych zjawiskach związanych z folkloryzmem i folkiem. Natomiast stałe działy czasopisma umożliwiają prezentację różnorodnych aspektów kultury ludowej.
Zakończenie: „Pismo Folkowe” stanowi ważne narzędzie popularyzacji wiedzy o kulturze ludowej oraz przestrzeń integrującą środowiska badaczy, twórców i odbiorców kultury tradycyjnej. Czasopismo przyczynia się do dokumentowania współczesnego ruchu folkowego oraz wspiera proces reinterpretacji dziedzictwa kulturowego w kontekście współczesnych zjawisk społeczno-kulturowych.
Oryginalność: Artykuł ukazuje działalność edukacyjną czasopisma oraz jego znaczenie w popularyzacji elementów kultury ludowej z perspektywy jego czytelników.
