SUMMARY:
Objective: The aim of the article is to interpret and deepen the understanding of the concept of "dynamic security" through the analysis of philosophical foundations. The article is an analysis of the phenomenon of dynamic security within the paradigm of time. The author hypothesizes that the essence of dynamic security is the protection against criminogenic factors.
Methods: The research method used is a narrative review of the literature, which includes the analysis and synthesis of philosophical thought concerning security. The author examines how the contemporary understanding of the concept of dynamic security has developed through references to philosophical thought and concepts of war and peace. Starting the discussion with classical philosophers such as Plato and Aristotle, their concepts of social harmony and justice were pointed out as the foundations of lasting security. The philosophy concept of just war by St. Thomas Aquinas, and the modern approaches of Niccolò Machiavelli and Thomas Hobbes, who emphasized strong authority as a guarantor of social order, were presented. Kant's idea of perpetual peace was shown as a key element of the modern approach to security, and the discussion concludes with contemporary Christian philosophy.
Results: The article emphasizes that dynamic security can be analyzed in two dimensions: personal, which relates to the protection of an individual's life and health and their rehabilitation, and structural, which concerns mechanisms ensuring social stability and minimizing the risk of destabilization. In the context of philosophical foundations, key factors influencing the deeper anchoring of the meaning of dynamic security were identified. The author emphasizes that an effective approach to dynamic security requires synergy between control, prevention, and rehabilitation.
Conclusion: The article emphasizes that dynamic security is a historically shaped concept that integrates the principles of control, prevention, and rehabilitation. The author notes that future research should focus on how dynamic security can play a fundamental role in the context of individual dignity and human rights.
Originality: The article brings a new perspective to the discussion on dynamic security, highlighting its significance in the context of contemporary challenges related to the penal system, and the indicated philosophical foundations allow anchoring the phenomenon in the subject literature. The author shows the spectrum of possibilities that this concept can bring to modern penology.

Cel: Celem artykułu jest interpretacja i głębsze zrozumienie pojęcia „bezpieczeństwa dynamicznego”, poprzez analizę jego filozoficznych fundamentów. Artykuł jest analizą fenomenu bezpieczeństwa dynamicznego w paradygmacie czasu. Autor stawia hipotezę, że istotą bezpieczeństwa dynamicznego jest zabezpieczenie czynników kryminogennych.
Metody: Zastosowaną metodą badawczą jest przegląd narracyjny literatury, który obejmuje analizę i syntezę myśli filozoficznej dotyczącej bezpieczeństwa. Autor bada, jak kształtowało się współczesne rozumienia pojęcia - bezpieczeństwo dynamiczne - poprzez odwołania do myśli filozoficznej oraz koncepcji wojny i pokoju. Zaczynając rozważania od klasycznych filozofów, takich jak Platon i Arystoteles, wskazano na ich koncepcje harmonii społecznej i sprawiedliwości jako podstaw trwałego bezpieczeństwa. Przedstawiono koncepcję wojny sprawiedliwej św. Tomasza z Akwinu oraz nowożytne podejścia Niccolò Machiavellego i Thomasa Hobbesa, którzy kładli nacisk na silną władzę jako gwaranta ładu społecznego. Kantowska idea wiecznego pokoju została ukazana jako kluczowy element nowoczesnego podejścia do bezpieczeństwa, a rozważania kończą się na współczesnej filozofii chrześcijańskiej.
Wyniki: W artykule podkreślono, że bezpieczeństwo dynamiczne można analizować w dwóch wymiarach: personalnym, który odnosi się do ochrony życia i zdrowia jednostki oraz jej resocjalizacji, oraz strukturalnym, który dotyczy mechanizmów zapewniających stabilność społeczną i minimalizujących ryzyko destabilizacji. W kontekście filozoficznych fundamentów zidentyfikowane zostały kluczowe czynniki wpływające na głębsze zakotwiczenie znaczenia bezpieczeństwo dynamiczne. Autor podkreśla, że skuteczne podejście do bezpieczeństwa dynamicznego wymaga synergii między kontrolą, prewencją a resocjalizacją.
Zakończenie: W artykule podkreślono, że bezpieczeństwo dynamiczne jest koncepcją ukształtowaną historycznie, która integruje zasady kontroli, prewencji i resocjalizacji. Autor zwraca uwagę, że przyszłe badania powinny koncentrować się na tym, jak bezpieczeństwo dynamiczne może pełnić fundamentalną rolę w kontekście zapewnienia godności jednostki i praw człowieka.

Autor ukazuje spektrum możliwości jakie może wnieś ta koncepcja do nowoczesnej penitencjarystyki.
